Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in‑store beauty services from the Sephora Beauty Services menu including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application, ensuring each service meets brand standards.
- Achieve sales and service targets by converting consultations into product sales and rebooking Beauty Studio appointments.
- Maintain active professional licensure and uphold rigorous hygiene, health and safety protocols at all times.
- Educate and inspire clients with up‑to‑date product knowledge and trend expertise to build long‑term relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client‑facing service environments.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques, with demonstrated ability to deliver personalised client service.
- Availability for required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays); punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing service environments; demonstrated record of delivering personalised beauty services and meeting sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a cosmetology, esthetics or related program preferred.
