Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup, waxing, and false lash application services according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu standards
- Drive store results by rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling complementary products
- Educate and empower clients through knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Maintain active licensure and adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and consultative guidance
- Foster inclusiveness and contribute to a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment
