Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and rebook Beauty Studio services to drive store sales and service KPIs, including client follow-up and retail conversion.
  • Perform beauty services from Sephora’s service menu — professional makeup application, waxing and false-lash application — while adapting treatments to individual client needs.
  • Maintain and present an active, state-specific license for esthetic services and adhere rigorously to hygiene, health and safety protocols.
  • Educate clients on product usage, trends and routines to build long-term relationships and increase service and product revenue.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment by supporting teammates, promoting company policies and ensuring a secure, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet the role’s weekly hour expectations.

Qualifications

  • Active, state‑recognized license to perform waxing, makeup and false‑lash application where services are delivered.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty‑service, retail, hospitality or client‑facing role; entry‑level candidates with demonstrable client service aptitude may be considered.
  • Deep knowledge of beauty products, application techniques and current trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult, recommend and sell products and services while maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
