Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-Time) — Bloomingdale, IL. Provide makeup, waxing and beauty services at Bloomingdale Court; active esthetician license required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash services per Sephora’s service menu.
  • Drive sales and service results by booking and rebooking appointments, recommending retail products, and converting consultations into purchases.
  • Maintain up-to-date licensure and comply with health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Provide personalised client consultations, tailor treatments to client needs and build long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold Sephora’s customer service and operational standards during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
  • Strong product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and beauty tools, with the ability to educate and inspire clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and rebook appointments while delivering personalised service.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
