Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio—including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application—consistent with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Drive sales and enhance client retention by recommending products, rebooking services, and building personalised client relationships.
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product assortments, and application techniques to educate and inspire clients.
- Contribute to store performance by supporting merchandising standards, visual presentation, and operational tasks during peak retail hours.

Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application, and false-lash application in the state where services will be delivered.

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork orientation, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
