Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup, waxing, and false lash application services in accordance with Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive store results by delivering personalized client service, rebooking services, and achieving product sales targets
- Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain active professional licensure and consistently uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork to create a welcoming environment for all clients
- Adhere to Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
