Sephora in Bellevue, WA seeks a Part‑time Licensed Beauty Advisor to provide makeup, waxing and beauty services ($24–$31/hr).

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform in‑store beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with the Beauty Studio menu.
- Deliver personalized client consultations, educate clients on products and techniques, and build long‑term client relationships.
- Drive sales and service revenue through product recommendations, service rebooking and follow‑up.
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere rigorously to hygiene, safety and sanitation protocols.
- Support a collaborative store environment that promotes inclusiveness, punctuality and teamwork.
- Work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required weekly minimums.
- Handle merchandise and service equipment safely, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Active state license to provide waxing, makeup and false eyelash services where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a service environment.
- Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup and skincare, and familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques.
- Strong client service orientation with proven ability to build rapport and provide personalized recommendations.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays; punctual and dependable.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a similar role or experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment; experience performing makeup, waxing and lash services preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or esthetician certification and additional professional training preferred.
