Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional in-store beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service revenue by consulting clients, recommending products and services, and rebooking follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain active licensure and rigorously follow health, safety and hygiene protocols for all services.
  • Foster an inclusive, client-centric environment through personalized consultations and collaborative teamwork.
  • Adhere to company standards and policies to ensure a secure, compliant and welcoming shopping experience for all guests.
  • Meet scheduling and attendance expectations, including availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services where services will be provided.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
  • Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty tools, with an ability to educate and upsell.
  • Proven ability to deliver bespoke client experiences and build lasting client relationships.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform salon services for multiple clients during a shift.
