Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and service results by providing and rebooking beauty services while building lasting client relationships
- Perform makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Maintain current beauty industry knowledge, trends, and product expertise to educate and empower clients
- Maintain active licensure and consistently uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment where all colleagues feel valued and supported
- Uphold Sephora's operational standards, security policies, and service excellence commitments
