Role & Responsibilities
- Provide beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false lash application according to Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Drive sales and rebooking of beauty services while achieving store performance targets
- Educate and empower clients with comprehensive product knowledge, beauty trends, and application techniques
- Maintain active state licensure and uphold rigorous health and safety protocols at all times
- Foster an inclusive and empowering team culture that celebrates diversity and belonging
- Ensure compliance with Sephora company policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience
- Meet scheduling requirements for part-time positions (15–29 hours per week) with availability during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
