Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver makeup, waxing, and licensed beauty services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu
  • Drive sales through product recommendations and rebooking beauty service appointments
  • Educate clients on beauty trends, products, and techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized service delivery
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and openness within the store
  • Meet attendance and scheduling requirements, including availability during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Uphold Sephora's service standards and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash application services in the state of Texas
  • 1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or related service environment
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and application techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and cultivate lasting relationships
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
