Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu (makeup application, waxing, false lash application and other delegated services).
- Educate and consult clients on product selection, application techniques and ongoing routines to drive product sales and repeat bookings.
- Rebook clients and achieve individual and store service and sales targets through consultative selling and follow-up.
- Maintain active licensure and adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols while upholding company policies and retail standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support colleagues to foster a positive client experience.
- Work flexibly across peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) with punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false lash application where services are performed.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Demonstrable product knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and beauty trends with the ability to translate expertise into client recommendations.
- Strong client consultation and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-driven retail environment and adapt quickly to new product information.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain retail duties during scheduled shifts.

Experience
1–3 years in a comparable role or experience within retail, hospitality, or service industries; demonstrable client-facing service experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of cosmetology/esthetician training and relevant state licensure required.
