Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and rebook beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application.
- Provide tailored client consultations to recommend products and techniques that meet individual needs and preferences.
- Drive sales and achieve store performance goals through service conversion, product sales and client relationship building.
- Maintain active professional licensure and rigorously adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and uphold Sephora’s customer service and operational standards.
- Remain current on beauty trends and product knowledge and share expertise with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Active, state-recognized license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of service.
- 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or within retail, hospitality or service-oriented environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and cultivate repeat clientele.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
1–3 years in a similar beauty services, retail, hospitality or client-facing role; proven track record of delivering services and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of cosmetology/esthetician training or certification preferred.
