Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store results by delivering and rebooking beauty services while building a clientele
- Perform makeup application, waxing, false lash application, and other services on the Sephora Beauty Services menu
- Educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques; provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain active licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support a culture of belonging
