Sephora hiring Licensed Beauty Advisor (Full Time) in Atlanta, GA — provide makeup, waxing and lash services. $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s service menu.
- Drive sales and service KPIs by recommending products, rebooking beauty services and building lasting client relationships.
- Maintain current licensure and consistently apply health, safety and sanitation protocols for all services.
- Stay abreast of beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and inspire clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational standards and policies.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements and ensure reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Active, state-recognized license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of service.
- 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty products, techniques and current trends.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client consultations and build repeat clientele.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties consistent with a retail beauty studio.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment with demonstrated service delivery and sales skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification/license required.
