Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional beauty services from the Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application, in accordance with company standards.
- Provide personalised client consultations to assess needs, recommend products and services, and build long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve sales and service targets by selling product, rebooking clients for future services and promoting in‑store offers.
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation protocols and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team‑oriented environment by sharing product knowledge, mentoring peers and supporting store operations.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; be available for required shift patterns including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are provided.
- 1–3 years of customer‑facing experience in a beauty, retail, hospitality or service environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in current beauty trends, products and application techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver bespoke client service and develop repeat clientele.
- Capacity to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability to meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements for part‑time scheduling.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or other client‑service environments, with demonstrable experience delivering beauty services and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/esthetician disciplines is desirable.
