Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and service bookings by achieving store sales goals and rebooking beauty appointments
- Provide professional makeup application, waxing, and other beauty services listed on Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate and empower clients through current beauty trend knowledge and comprehensive product expertise
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support a safe, welcoming shopping experience
- Work flexible scheduling during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
