Sephora seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty services and product expertise at its Santa Anita store location. This part-time role demands an active state license for waxing, makeup application, and related services, alongside 1–3 years of experience in beauty, retail, or hospitality. The Advisor will drive sales, provide professional beauty treatments, maintain rigorous hygiene standards, and cultivate client relationships within a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and service bookings by achieving store sales goals and rebooking beauty appointments
- Provide professional makeup application, waxing, and other beauty services listed on Sephora's Beauty Services menu
- Educate and empower clients through current beauty trend knowledge and comprehensive product expertise
- Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
