Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false-lash application) according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and hygiene protocols.
  • Drive retail results through consultative selling, service rebooking and personalized client follow-up to achieve store targets.
  • Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation standards for service delivery.
  • Provide engaging client consultations to educate and recommend products and services that meet client needs and preferences.
  • Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active cosmetology/esthetician or other state license authorizing waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of employment.
  • 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment; prior experience delivering in‑store beauty services preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques with demonstrated ability to teach and inspire clients.
  • Availability for required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing service tasks for extended periods.

Experience
