Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • Drive sales and service metrics by recommending products, closing transactions and rebooking clients for future services.
  • Maintain active professional licensure and adhere strictly to health, safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Remain current on product assortments, industry trends and technical techniques to educate and inspire clients.
  • Provide personalized consultations that build long-term client relationships and enhance retention.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented store environment and uphold Sephora’s policies and customer experience standards.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays and meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.

Qualifications

  • Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application where services are provided.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored client service and achieve sales or rebooking goals.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet part-time hour minimums (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1–3 years in a beauty services role or equivalent customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or service industries.
