Sephora seeks a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor in Alhambra, CA. Hourly, $24–$27.60/hr, benefits included.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other beauty services as listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu
  • Drive revenue through service provision, rebooking, and product sales to achieve store goals
  • Educate and empower clients with current beauty trends and comprehensive product knowledge
  • Maintain active professional licensure and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized, service-driven interactions
  • Foster inclusiveness and collaboration within the store team
  • Meet minimum weekly shift requirements (15–29 hours for part-time positions)
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including availability during peak retail hours and holidays

Experience
