Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
  • Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
  • Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
  • Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Illinois.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset. Quick learner with effective product knowledge sharing skills. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
