Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and validate confidentiality agreements, conventions, and various contracts in both French and English.
  • Participate in the management of supplier relationships and associated portfolios.
  • Conduct cross-disciplinary research and monitor regulations such as AGEC laws, Climate & Resilience, European Green Deal, FDA/FTC Guidelines.
  • Perform legal monitoring and prepare internal notes and presentations in French and English.
  • Assist in the legal management of Sephora's real estate assets.
  • Support in the handling of litigation and pre-litigation, particularly in commercial lease law.
  • Conduct legal monitoring across all departmental areas.

Qualifications

  • Law student or holder of a Master's degree (M2) in Business or Real Estate Law.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Proficiency in legal drafting in French and English. Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A preliminary experience as an intern in a legal setting is required.

Education

Master's degree (M2) in Business or Real Estate Law.
