Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft, analyze, and review IT contracts in English and French, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, licenses, and service contracts.
  • Assist in contractual negotiations under the guidance of the lead jurist.
  • Support European digital marketing projects by analyzing feasibility, participating in meetings, conducting legal research, and drafting game regulations and legal documentation.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with personal data regulations, including GDPR, by drafting notes on data processing and assisting with compliance formalities.
  • Conduct legislative and case law monitoring in IT, e-commerce, personal data, and IT contracts.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, create PowerPoint presentations on current topics, and develop training materials in both English and French.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a Master 2 in New Technologies Law or equivalent.
  • Previous significant internship experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

Skills

Strong drafting and synthesis skills. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. High level of rigor, autonomy, reactivity, and adaptability. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Interest in innovation and digital technologies.

Experience

Beginner level experience with a focus on new technologies law, particularly in personal data, IT, and e-commerce.

Education

Master 2 in New Technologies Law or equivalent.
