Sephora seeks a Bac+5 law student for a 6-month corporate legal internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, supporting group legal operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support corporate legal operations including board resolutions, shareholder assemblies, and mandate management for Sephora Group subsidiaries
- Assist with shareholder meeting coordination, powers of attorney preparation, and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance
- Manage nominee changes including new appointments and resignations across the Group
- Review and support approval processes for subsidiary financial accounts
- Handle establishment registration, transfers, and closures
- Conduct preliminary legal and regulatory feasibility studies for market entry and development projects
- Draft intra-group contracts and agreements
- Research and monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments
- Coordinate document signature processes with designated signatories
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed Bac+5 law degree with specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, International Law, or Corporate Governance
- Completion of mandatory internship requirement (stage PPI) or equivalent legal training
- Strong written expression and ability to synthesize complex legal information
- Meticulous, dynamic, and responsive approach to legal work
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks
- Fluent English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
