Sephora seeks a Learning Specialist in Mexico City to identify retail learning needs, build and evaluate training programs, and manage learning platforms and content. The role is permanent and full-time, with a hybrid working mode.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify retail training needs and align learning programs with business requirements.
- Design and implement training programs that support employee onboarding, role knowledge, and learning-curve progression.
- Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage learning platforms and content, including uploading and structuring materials, assigning courses, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- Coordinate the implementation of retail training initiatives, managing vendors and operational contacts, analyzing databases and indicators, and using tools to support program development, monitoring, and evaluation.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development, implementing training programs and tracking results.
- Experience with LMS platforms and content-creation tools, including Udemy Business, Articulate 360, and Canva.
- Analytical ability and data-management skills; proficiency in Excel for databases, data cross-referencing, KPI tracking, and training reports.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
