Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic Detection of Training Needs (DNC) for retail positions by reviewing performance cycles and role expectations.
- Design and implement end-to-end training programs that accelerate new-hire integration and clarify role competencies, including development of instructional materials and assessments.
- Administer and maintain learning platforms: upload content, assign courses, monitor participation and track key learning indicators across Retail.
- Develop and execute leadership and succession-planning strategies for critical retail roles to strengthen internal talent pipelines.
- Maintain training records and prepare regulatory reports to ensure compliance with labor authorities and company policies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and learning metrics; recommend continuous improvements to content and delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a learning, training or L&D role; retail experience preferred.
- Advanced English (indispensable).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proven experience with learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and content management.
- Knowledge of STPS regulations and experience maintaining legally compliant training records.
- Demonstrated ability in instructional design, content creation and implementation of evaluation methods.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.

Experience
At least three years in a learning & development or training specialist role, ideally within retail or a fast-paced consumer-facing environment, with hands-on experience administering LMS/LXP platforms and designing retail-focused learning interventions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline preferred.
