Sephora — Milan: Learning & Development Intern. Internship in HR Talent Development supporting training projects, platforms and KPI reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the design, implementation and rollout of L&D and training projects across HQ and retail channels.
- Adapt international L&D materials for local use and ensure alignment with local regulatory and cultural requirements.
- Manage internal learning platforms, shared mailboxes and training-related communications to guarantee smooth operations.
- Liaise with brand partners and internal stakeholders to plan and sustain training activities and monitor delivery.
- Design and develop minor training modules and digital learning assets that support omnichannel learning initiatives.
- Monitor L&D KPI performance, prepare analytical reports and recommend actions to improve effectiveness and engagement.
- Ensure assigned projects are executed in line with business strategy and act as a digital ambassador to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable adaptability, proactivity and strong organizational skills suitable for a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with an orientation toward internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
- Good command of Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Curiosity about the beauty industry; passion for cosmetics and retail is a strong advantage.

Experience
Beginner — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internships or academic projects in HR, L&D or training are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
