Sephora — Learning & Development Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. 12–24 month alternance supporting L&D, LMS administration and training deployment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and deployment of the annual skills and development plan by collecting and consolidating individual and collective training needs.
- Coordinate logistical deployment of catalogue trainings at the France headquarters with external training partners and vendors.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure the reliability of the L&D database.
- Monitor and report on L&D performance indicators and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
- Participate in creation and adaptation of learning content, including e‑learning modules and digital assets.
- Design learner journeys on the Learning Management System (LMS): create courses, manage communications and follow up on registrations.
- Conduct market watch to identify useful innovations and digital solutions for learning and development.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources, business school or related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
- Fluent English (essential) and strong command of French for local stakeholder communication.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with digital learning platforms (LMS).
- Curiosity for digital learning, creativity in content design and an agile, solution‑oriented approach.

Experience
Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for students seeking a 12 or 24‑month alternance; prior internships or first exposure to HR or L&D functions is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a university degree or business school program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
