Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning modules and training tools to enhance the learner experience.
- Maintain and update existing learning paths and instructional content to reflect product and process changes.
- Monitor developments in digital learning and propose innovative approaches and formats.
- Track completion of mandatory trainings and produce data reports to meet internal and legal obligations.
- Support the organization and logistics of learning events, coordinating with external trainers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the accompaniment and development of expert populations (skincare, makeup, fragrance) through targeted training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Learning & Development, HR, Pedagogy, Digital Media, or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- First professional experience in corporate training, instructional design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong digital aptitude with experience producing digital learning content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Genially and basic video editing workflows.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Creative, curious, analytically minded with strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience
Beginner — candidate should have a first internship or entry-level experience in training, instructional design, or a related digital learning role. Practical exposure to creating digital learning assets and supporting training events is advantageous.
Education
Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education/Pedagogy, Digital Media, or a closely related field; alternance/apprenticeship eligibility required.
