Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment of manager development programmes at local and regional levels.
- Manage and help deliver the onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring consistency across markets.
- Maintain and promote digital learning content within the internal Learning Management System (LMS) to optimise learner experience.
- Track and report L&D performance indicators and measure learning impact.
- Animate learner communities through communications and event coordination.
- Contribute to DEI initiatives: co-design projects, liaise with stakeholders (internal communications, HR, ERGs) and monitor DEI indicators.
- Support engagement surveys: configuration, country coordination, platform access, first-level support and preliminary result consolidation.
- Conduct market watch on learning and DEI innovations and propose applicable improvements.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher education programme in Human Resources, business school or equivalent (work-study/alternance eligible).
- Fluent English and strong command of French for daily collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity and collaborative mindset to engage internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong teamwork orientation and comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with an LMS desirable.

Suitable for students or early-career candidates; previous internships or coursework in HR, learning & development, DEI or project support are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (university or business school) in Human Resources, Management or related field; eligible for a 12- or 24-month alternance.
