Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technical approach for order management systems (OMS) and software architecture
- Analyze and design solutions for omni-channel fulfillment, digital platform ecommerce migration, and customer experience enhancement projects
- Research, design, and develop computer software and specialized utility programs to support order management operations
- Collaborate with business and product teams to identify business requirements and design solutions using IBM Sterling OMS
- Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions applying principles of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance issues in OMS to ensure seamless fulfillment operations
- Work remotely from a US location, collaborating with teams across San Francisco, New York, and Washington DC
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a software engineer or technical lead with expertise in order management systems
- Proficiency with IBM Sterling OMS or equivalent enterprise order management platforms
- Strong background in ecommerce platforms, omni-channel fulfillment, or related domain knowledge

Experience as a software engineer or technical lead in order management, ecommerce fulfillment, or enterprise software development. Education
