Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical authority for Marketing Technology initiatives, defining architecture and leading implementation across web, mobile and in-store platforms.
  • Design, build and maintain robust, scalable full‑stack systems that power marketing campaigns, retail media and personalization engines.
  • Architect and operationalize AI-powered, agentic workflows for software development acceleration and business process automation using modern orchestration frameworks.
  • Design and deploy cloud-native microservices, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring reliability, security and observability in distributed environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, data scientists and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-grade solutions.
  • Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, automated testing and CI/CD; enforce architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, promoting adoption of AI-assisted development and continuous learning.
  • Integrate and extend MarTech platforms and SaaS services to deliver personalized client experiences and measurable marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a full‑stack software engineer, technical lead or senior engineer building production systems from first principles.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Python and/or Java with demonstrable production experience.
  • At least 3 years designing and implementing microservices, RESTful/GraphQL APIs and cloud-based distributed systems on AWS, GCP or Azure.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience integrating AI/ML features and agentic workflows into production applications, including RAG pipelines and vector databases.
  • 3+ years working in MarTech, SaaS, e-commerce or consumer-facing product environments, with familiarity with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Braze or Bluecore.
  • 2+ years of proven leadership driving cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 160,470 to USD 198,200 per annum.
