Sephora Internship: Launch Coordination Assistant for Makeup EU, Neuilly-sur-Seine. 6-month position starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor each step of the new product launch process in close collaboration with brands, country teams, Supply Chain, Master Data team, Regulatory/Quality departments, and Finance
- Develop and maintain up-to-date retro-planning schedules for each brand and product launch
- Proactively manage blocking points and challenges that could impact launch dates and communicate adjustments internally and externally to markets and brands
- Actively contribute to the 2027 Christmas Cross-Functional Project Management: coordinate special offer rollouts, optimize omnichannel visibility, and facilitate communication with brands and markets
- Participate in the creation and validation of product assortments and trade marketing animation plans for brands
- Track makeup category trends and monitor competitive developments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (Bachelor's +4/5 years of higher education) from a Business School or University, ideally with specialization in Project Management
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Rigorous, highly organized, and proactive work approach
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- First experience in project management or coordination (internship or professional) is a plus

Education
Master's degree (Bac +4/5) from a Business School or University, ideally with a specialization in Project Management.
