Sephora in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a Junior Traffic Manager (App Growth & SEO) — apprenticeship based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise mobile app acquisition campaigns across primary channels (Google UAC, Meta App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) in coordination with agency partners.
- Monitor and analyse app KPIs — downloads, cost per install (CPI), ROAS, retention rates — and translate insights into tactical recommendations.
- Contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy to improve app visibility and conversion on App Store and Google Play.
- Support SEO activities: track indexation, organic traffic, revenue, and share of voice; produce reporting, semantic and GEO recommendations.
- Participate in technical monitoring of websites, contribute to global SEO/GEO strategy and A/B tests to validate optimization hypotheses.
- Maintain and evolve performance dashboards (App & SEO), produce cross-channel performance analyses and share best practices with European markets.
Qualifications
- Current master's student in business, communications, digital marketing or equivalent program
- Very strong English proficiency for an international working environment
- Keen interest in mobile marketing and SEO
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer and Google Suite (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Organised, rigorous, data-oriented, autonomous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Semrush and Botify experience is a plus

Entry-level: suitable for a master's student available for a 12- or 24-month apprenticeship beginning September 2026; prior internships or coursework in digital marketing or analytics are advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in progress (business school, communications, digital marketing or similar).
