Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a portion of the Open-to-Buy (OTB) for specific stores, ensuring timely and accurate purchasing.
- Ensure efficient store replenishment to meet demand, seasonal trends, and commercial targets while minimizing stockouts and optimizing inventory levels.
- Monitor store performance indicators such as stockouts, inventory coverage, and turnover rates.
- Conduct stock analysis and propose corrective actions in cases of overstock or stock shortages.
- Collaborate with commercial, demand planning, logistics, and store teams to align supply strategies.
- Utilize automatic replenishment tools (e.g., MRP, DRP, Relex) where applicable.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and address discrepancies in store stock levels.
Qualifications
- Intermediate English proficiency (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Previous experience in retail or consumer goods (preferred)
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools (preferred)

Entry-level experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
