Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Sephora's channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest), establishing annual KPIs and campaign-specific objectives
  • Create, adapt, and oversee content production—videos, carousel posts, graphics, and educational materials—in alignment with local and central brand guidelines
  • Manage the social media content calendar end-to-end, coordinating with the annual marketing plan, product launches, and brand activations
  • Lead influencer partnerships and campaigns, including paid collaborations, seeding initiatives, product placements, and event coordination
  • Monitor and optimize social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide strategic recommendations and insights
  • Coordinate closely with the social media agency partner on campaign strategy, project implementation, monthly planning, budget management, and customer service moderation
  • Support paid social media campaigns through briefing, cost verification, performance analysis, and monitoring
  • Oversee PR product seeding initiatives and produce related performance reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ecommerce, PR, events, CRM, product) on integrated campaigns and international projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role at a social media agency, digital marketing firm, or brand-side position within beauty or fashion
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience managing influencer relationships, including paid campaigns, seeding, content production, event activation, and project coordination
  • Advanced proficiency with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and Pinterest platform specifications and native tools
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and influencer relationship tools (Emplifi, Kolsquare, Influtool preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, content strategy, and brand-building narrative within the digital environment
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, managing multiple concurrent campaigns and multi-channel communications
  • Excellent analytical mindset with ability to interpret data insights and present strategic recommendations
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) for daily collaboration with the French headquarters
  • Strong Polish language capabilities (native or near-native proficiency)
  • Upper secondary or tertiary-level education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Polish Philology, Journalism, or a related discipline
