Sephora internship: Junior Sales Performance Analyst, Neuilly-sur-Seine, 12 months from September 2026. Data-driven role analyzing global beauty retail performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports across global markets
- Analyze sales performance metrics by brand, product category, geographic region, and market segment
- Track and analyze Sephora's market share evolution by region and category
- Prepare performance synthesis documents for senior management and LVMH leadership
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of performance tracking tools and executive dashboards
- Participate in the development of automated reporting solutions and data visualization systems
- Support system evolution and migration projects
Qualifications
- University-level degree or business school diploma (Bac+4/5 equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong analytical capability
