Sephora seeks Junior Product & Category Analyst in São Paulo; support makeup category management across retail stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support makeup category management across physical store channels
- Conduct product analysis including inventory levels, turnover rates, productivity metrics, and sales performance
- Monitor and analyze category performance across store locations and by brand/product
- Communicate category changes and updates to store teams
- Manage product assortment and brand portfolio for the retail channel
- Build and monitor key retail performance indicators and category KPIs
- Support development and execution of strategic category initiatives
- Assist in commercial calendar planning and identify new market opportunities
- Execute pricing and promotional routines
- Oversee planogram compliance, product assortment, and new launch inventory distribution
- Analyze productivity metrics and expansion opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical mindset
- Commercial orientation and business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and activities
- Team collaboration skills
- Intermediate English language proficiency (preferred)
