Sephora is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager Assistant for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The intern will support the SAP ECC-to-SAP S/4 transformation across project coordination, planning, performance reporting and documentation, working with the global IT governance team and stakeholders across business and IT.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to every project phase, from design through deployment, coordinating daily with teams and internal stakeholders.
- Help develop and monitor project schedules, timelines and key milestones using internal tools.
- Help design dashboards and prepare progress reports to support decision-making.
- Keep project documentation current, structured and centralized.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in SAP transformation project management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to learn new tools, processes and technologies.
- Interest in working in a multicultural environment.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Good command of French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with business and IT teams.
- Interest in beauty.
