Sephora in Warsaw seeks a Junior E‑Commerce Logistics Specialist — hybrid, full‑time role coordinating e‑commerce logistics and 3PL operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day e‑commerce logistics processes to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Liaise with 3PL providers and courier partners to monitor performance, resolve operational issues and optimise workflows.
- Manage and investigate e‑commerce customer claims and returns in collaboration with customer service and logistics partners.
- Produce regular operational reports and KPI analyses to support continuous improvement.
- Support implementation of new logistical solutions and process improvements across the e‑commerce supply chain.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a logistics, supply chain or e‑commerce operations role.
- Working knowledge of English sufficient for day‑to‑day communication.
- Proven competency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail, strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Entry‑level requirement: some prior practical experience in a similar logistics or e‑commerce operations role; familiarity with 3PL operations and order‑to‑delivery processes is expected.
Education
Secondary education required; a degree or coursework in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field is preferred.
