Sephora seeks Junior Controller for 12–24 month VIE in Düsseldorf, Germany. Support management control, P&L operations, and financial reporting in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily activities of the Management Control department and act as a true operational partner for the control team and internal departments, collaborating closely with the European headquarters
- Manage complete P&L operations for retail and e-commerce activities, including revenue and cost tracking
- Contribute to annual budget planning, mid-year reviews, financial forecasting, and periodic scenario modeling
- Prepare regular forecasts and weekly and monthly reporting
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) specialized in Finance and Management Control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent English (written and oral); German language skills are a plus
- Strong affinity for data analysis, reporting, and working with diverse stakeholders
- Genuine interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry
