Sephora seeks an IT Trainee in Warsaw for a paid 4-month on-site internship; hands-on IT support role at Sephora Poland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for central office staff and perfumeries, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage user access and credentials (password resets, account support).
- Prepare and provision devices for central office and stores: laptops, smartphones and other end-user hardware.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on laptops and mobile devices.
- Maintain and update IT hardware inventory and assist with stock management.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in computer science, information technology or a related field (preferred).
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with Apple devices (macOS/iOS) is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Clear communicator able to explain technical issues to non-technical users; able to work under time pressure.
- English language skills sufficient for everyday international communication.

Beginner level — suitable for students or recent graduates. No specific professional experience required; prior exposure to basic IT support tasks encouraged.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or technical programme in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
