Sephora seeks a Senior IT Solutions Architect in Paris La Défense to lead GCP, cloud and AI architecture for European digital transformation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and validate end-to-end technical architectures for European-scale information systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmap.
- Lead cloud architecture initiatives and migrations, with emphasis on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) best practices, scalability, security and cost optimization.
- Drive integration of emerging technologies including AI, automation and omnichannel capabilities into existing platforms and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate directly with multidisciplinary and international stakeholders (product, engineering, security, operations) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, governance and documentation; provide technical leadership and oversight for implementation teams.
- Perform technical due diligence for new projects, proof-of-concepts and vendor selections; promote reuse and platform thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in information systems architecture, preferably within complex international organisations.
- Demonstrable experience designing technical architectures on cloud platforms, with proven work on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven track record in cloud migration projects, digital transformation programmes or enterprise AI integration initiatives.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and to influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Solid understanding of security, scalability, integration patterns and modern software delivery practices.
Skills
Experience
At least 10 years of experience in information systems or solution architecture, with substantial exposure to cloud-native design, large-scale migrations and cross-functional international programmes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master's degree or equivalent technical certification preferred.
