Sephora seeks an IT Solution Owner to lead omnichannel, back-office and OMS technology projects and oversee solutions and systems integration, including the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working mode.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead omnichannel, back-office and OMS technology projects aligned with business needs and customer experience.
- Design, integrate and optimize technology solutions involving SAP, OMS, e-commerce, CRM, POS, inventory and payment methods.
- Coordinate implementations and testing with development teams and suppliers, ensuring requirements, SLAs and deliverables are met.
- Follow the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring continuity of Finance, Inventory, Logistics and Procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in technology projects, back office and omnichannel, including SAP ECC/S/4HANA and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of OMS/WMS, ERP/SAP, APIs, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Jira and ServiceNow.
- Advanced English is essential.
