IT Applications Manager at Sephora Mexico | Lead digital transformation and enterprise technology strategy in Mexico City | Hybrid role reporting to regional IT leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the technology roadmap and strategic initiatives for eCommerce, Omnichannel, CRM, SAP, and digital transformation projects at regional and global levels
- Serve as principal liaison between business and technology teams, translating strategic objectives into scalable digital solutions
- Manage and evolve the enterprise applications portfolio, including Salesforce, SAP, Manhattan WMS, and loyalty platforms
- Ensure seamless integration and operational performance of APIs, interfaces, and digital services across the Sephora technology ecosystem
- Lead the IT Applications team and specialized vendors, maintaining elevated service levels, system availability, and operational continuity
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to accelerate adoption of international solutions and industry best practices
- Oversee departmental budget planning and participate actively in technology architecture decisions and change governance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in IT Manager, IT Applications Manager, IT Architecture Manager, or equivalent roles
- Proven leadership of digital transformation projects and enterprise technology platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (preferably SFCC and/or SFMC), SAP, Jira, and ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience managing technology teams and external vendors
- Advanced English proficiency for consistent interaction with global and regional teams
- Expertise in integration architectures, APIs, and digital ecosystems
- Preferred experience in retail, eCommerce, or digitally-driven industries
