Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory control activities within the distribution center, including wave planning, order tracking, cycle counting and physical inventory audits to maintain SKU integrity.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, generate departmental reports, and manage paperwork in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train and coach floor associates on departmental methods and SOPs to ensure consistent production output and procedural compliance.
- Coordinate with shift coordinators, operations management and cross‑functional teams to schedule deliveries, resolve exceptions and support throughput targets.
- Adhere to and enforce company loss prevention, OSHA and safety policies; report hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous distribution center or warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with inventory control processes and cycle counting.
- Proven ability to follow SOPs and to train or coach associates on operational procedures.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing prolonged periods of standing, walking, squatting or sitting as required by shift.
- Flexible availability for assigned shifts and overtime as operational needs dictate.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior DC/warehouse experience preferred but not required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment and able to learn warehouse systems quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
