Sephora is hiring a full-time Inventory Control Specialist in Avon, Indiana. DC role with WMS experience, $21.50–$23.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute wave planning and delivery scheduling to optimize distribution center workflow
- Conduct order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management to maintain operational integrity
- Generate departmental reports and analyze inventory data using warehouse management systems
- Train and mentor floor associates on departmental procedures and best practices
- Monitor and report safety violations; ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA regulations
- Manage multiple priorities and respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and management
- Maintain accurate records and prepare professional correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide internal and external customer service according to company standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar menu-driven applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods

Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong operational aptitude and willingness to learn WMS systems are welcome to apply.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.50 to USD 23 per hour.
