Sephora Inventory Control Shift Coordinator (Full-Time) in Avon, IN — $24.70–$26.45/hr. Distribution center leadership role managing shifts and WMS systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates to achieve operational goals and standards
- Monitor and evaluate associate performance against established metrics; provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other in-house computer applications to track and monitor work activities
- Communicate daily work objectives and coordinate execution against defined action plans across shifts
- Train associates in job duties, procedures, and Sephora's preferred methods and standards
- Ensure compliance with all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations; report violations and potential hazards to supervisory personnel
- Maintain and enforce Loss Prevention policies and procedures throughout the shift
- Manage internal and external customer service interactions to company standards
- Balance inventory and manage workflow communication between shifts to optimize distribution center efficiency
- Maintain exemplary attendance and flexible scheduling to meet operational needs, including shift rotations and overtime as required
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications; demonstrated ability to learn complex systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively give and receive feedback
- Demonstrated problem-solving capability and ability to multitask against competing deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Proactive approach to business needs and operational challenges
- Professional and enthusiastic demeanor
- Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in other work areas as needed
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment. Prior supervisory or coordination experience preferred but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
