Sephora Inventory Control Equipment Operator position in Las Vegas; full-time, 2nd shift warehouse role with $21–$22.45/hr pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to process orders and support warehouse distribution center operations
- Obtain and maintain required certifications in the safe operation of various types of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures
- Utilize RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures
- Process orders without equipment as directed by management and business needs
- Ensure compliance with all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to appropriate supervisory personnel
- Adhere to company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance per company standards and demonstrate flexibility to work any designated shift and overtime
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Cross-train in other non-equipment operator job classifications as assigned
- Assist Maintenance personnel on projects requiring motorized material handling equipment support
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
- Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures and processes
- Ability to obtain any and all job-required DOT certifications
- Strong motor coordination skills to safely operate equipment in tight quarters
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
