Role & Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts, researching missing products, and handling damaged goods per company and vendor agreements
- Respond to co-worker inquiries concerning product location and status within the distribution center
- Conduct quality audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with company standards
- Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations
- Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags
- Inventory and track samples for e-commerce orders
- Maintain assigned work areas per established standard operating procedures
- Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Comply with company loss prevention policies and maintain appropriate work attire
- Support internal and external customer service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate RF terminals and WMS software
- Proficiency with menu-driven applications
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to match numerical data
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
